My program is designed around gaining confidence, increasing energy and living a life of abundance. Stop dieting and beating yourself up and start living the life you deserve and feel good doing it!
We will focus on nutrition to help you lose weight, and feel comfortable in your favorite clothes; you’ll learn to crowd out unhealthy foods by replacing them with healthy, delicious real foods
You will increase energy by improving your sleep and adding movement to your life
You will develop an attitude of abundance, adding joy and self acceptance to every day
You’ll learn that self love is a more powerful motivator than self loathing – exercise and eat well because you love your beautiful body, not because you hate it. You’ll be surprised how this mindset change can impact your life
45 minute video call sessions every other week for private, one on one coaching

One bonus session for face to face support doing a hike or other activity of client’s choice (this can even be a yummy, healthy lunch if you choose). If we live far apart, we can figure out another way to have fun together
